Irrigation

Irrigation gives you piece of mind, saves you time, and is environmentally friendly (much more efficient than hose watering). We are Rain Bird certified installers and take pride in keeping irrigation lines as out of site as is possible. 

A single zone drip line system with a professional grade timer costs $350 — fully installed and tested. There must be a nearby hose bib (water source) that works and does not drip when in the ‘on’ position. If there is no hose bib in the front of the house, often there is one in the basement and lines can be run through basement windows.

A ‘zone’ covers a roof deck, back yard or downstairs front of a house (e.g. window boxes and floor planters). Adding 2nd floor window boxes adds $50 - $75. Adding 3rd floor boxes another $75 - $100.
